Apple demands HTC for infringing his patents

The demands are fashionable in Cupertino lately (so much those who enter, as those who go out); Apple has decided to demand the Taiwanese company HTC, manufacturer of the Google Nexus One, HTC Touch, Hero, G1 … and many other registered terminals of high scale of the world Android. The reason? Use of ideas registered in patents of Apple.

Proper Steve Jobs, CEO of Apple, has declared:

We can sit down and see as our competition steals our patent inventions, or can do something. We have decided to do something.

We believe that the competition is healthy, but our competitors must create their own technology, not copy ours.

We might list all the patents that according to Apple have been copied to him (20 in whole), but it would be too tedious to see about what each one treats; what if we can say is that they include all kinds of matters … from things that only are seen if one is a programmer (like a signs processor in real-time to transmit information serialmente for example) to more obvious things, like the technologies used on tactile screens and the interface of use of the same ones, happening for using a gesture to unblock the device … although it it does not seem, an iPhone uses literally hundreds of patents registered by Apple.

In the USA, and in the managerial world, it is relatively normal to see companies that some sue others for patents matters, and we have already seen like Nokia and Apple keeps on being disputed a few. To this step, Apple will not find only one company that makes mobiles to the one that does not exist I demand already

If you have interest to know exáctamente about what patents one treats (in English), do not hesitate to visit the web of MacDaily News.
